Rajahmundry: Former MP GV Harsha Kumar was arrested on Friday. The court granted judicial remand to Harsha Kumar.
The police said Harsha Kumar was arrested in a case of outraging the modesty of a woman coupled with obstruction of public servants from discharging their legitimate duties, assault and criminal intimidation.
The incident took place on September 28.
