Rajamahendravaram: Adikavi Nannaya University (AKNU) has appointed Philanthropic Society founder president Addanki Raja Yohna as AKNU’s NSS advisory committee member.
University registrar Prof S Teki handed over the appointment letter to Raja at NSS advisory committee meeting held in the campus. University vice-chancellor Prof AV Prasad Rao, NSS regional director Ramakrishna Rao, university coordinator Dr B Kejiya Rani and representatives of twin Godavari districts participated in the meeting.
Raja Yohna assured to extend his services to NSS programmes as per the rules of the university. Later, he briefed about the activities in national and international level to the members.
