Rich tributes paid to Kandukuri Veeresalaingam

Services rendered by social reformer Sri Kandukuri Veeresalaingam Pantulu are immortal and the onus is on everyone to protect properties sacrificed by this social reformer, Rajamahendravaram MP M Muralomoha said here on Sunday, marking Veeresalaingam’s 169th birth anniversary.


The MP, along with Mayor Pantam Rajani Sehsa Sai, MLC Adireddi Appa Rao and MLA Goratla Butchaiah Chowdaru paid rich tributes to Sri Kandukuri Veeresalingam Panthulu at his resting place in Ananda Gardens in Rajamahendravaram. Speaking on the occasion, Mr Muralimohan stressed the need for protection of the properties sacrificed Sri Kandukuri Veeresalingam Panthulu and for developing the educational institution established by him. 


MLA Gorantla Butchaiha Chowdary made it clear that Sri Kandukuri educational institutions should be developed as per the changes taking place in other educational institutions.Mayor Pantam Rajani Sesha Sai reminded that Sri Kandukuri Veeresalingam Panthulu strived for the development women education.
