Hyderabad, July 3 (INN): The Telangana Government on Friday accorded administrative sanction for an amount of Rs. 21.42 Crore as additional funds towards making bandobust arrangements for ensuing Godavari Pushkaralu’2015.

The State Government also accorded permissions to the Telangana Director General of Police to utilize the services of 2,500 Special Police Officers / Scouts & Guides @ 500 for each five districts apart from Home Guards and TSSP Battalions, for ensuing Godavari Pushkarams-2015 to be held from 14th to 25th July.
In another order, the State Government sanctioned Rs. 6.49 Crore for providing sanitation, Rest Centres and water at 42 Ghats in Nizamabad, Adilabad, Khammam, Warangal and Karimnagar districts during ensuing Godavari Pushkaralu – 2015.
