There was a consusion among bank customers with Assocham statement on bank holidays. Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India-Assocham announced that
March 28, Holiday Ram Navami
March 29, Sunday
March 31st: Banks annual closing
April 1st: Banks annual Closing
April 2 holiday on Mahavir Jayanti
April 3 Good Friday on April 3
April 4, Saturday (work couple of hours)

According to statement Andhra Pradesh and Telangana there are no holidays on Srirama Navami, March 31st and April 2nd.
Assocham released the information with North Indian holidays, those are not applicable for our AP and Telangana.

This time Telangana government is organizing Sri Rama Navami celebrations at Bhadrachalam. The other side Andhra Pradesh government is doing celebrations at Ontimitta. Both state telugu people are enjoying the Sri Ramanavami celebrations by taking leave from their duties. Assocham announcement gives wrong feed back to bank customers. They planned according to Assocham statement.
