More than one lakh students to take Inter exams in EG

Rajahmundry: Arrangements have been to conduct Intermediate exams in East Godavari district which will be taken by 1,09,334 students.
I Sarada, regional inspection officer, Rajahmundry, on Tuesday said strict vigilance would be maintained at all centres to conduct the exams peacefully. She said that the practical exams would commence from February 1 and end on February 20. Around 32,400 students will appear at the 90 centres in the district in four spells. The main exams will commence on Mrach 4 and end on March 23. They will be conducted in 139 centres.
District Level Monitoring Committes headed by collectors and comprising SP and other senior officials will closely monitor the exams. Task forces and flying squads will also be constituted for the purpose.
The RIO said it is for the first time that facility the Intermediate Board has made available the facility to download hall tickets directly by students.
A special control room with number 08832473430 has been established at the RIO’s office to answer students queries.
