Warangal: Task force sleuths arrested three inter-state ganja smugglers during vehicle check at Hasanparthy mandal in the district on Saturday. Police commissioner V Ravinder said that the cops seized 320 kg of dry ganja worth Rs 32 lakh, two cars, and knives from their possession.
The trio worked as cab drivers and wanted to make quick money. They brought the ganja packed in four packets of 2 kg each from Visakhapatnam through Rajahmundry. During interrogation, the smugglers confessed to the crime. tnn
