Rajamahendravaram: Three-day sixth state level junior inter-district sports championships -2019 concluded here on Sunday in which 1,200 players from across the state participated.
All round championship of boys and girls were bagged by Visakhapatnam teams. Individual championship was bagged by T Gopala Krishna, Rangi Singh Sai Srinivas, V Niharika of Visakhapatnam, N Shanmuga Srinivas Nellore, SK Shariff and D Jyotjika, S Sri Krishna, G Lakshmi of Vizianagaram and P Mounika of Prakasam district.
Meanwhile overall championship of boys was secured by Srikakulam district and overall championships of girls clinched by Visakhapatnam district. Minister for Sports and Tourism Muthamsetti Srinivas Rao distributed prizes to the winners.
