AP ranks first in revenue deficiency under Jagan rule: TDP

Rajamahendravaram: TDP senior leader Ganni Krishna has alleged that Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy shattered the dreams of the people with his ‘anti-people’ policies and inefficient administration.

Speaking to the media at his office here on Thursday, he said that Jagan proved to be a failure during the last four months. Andhra Pradesh stood in first place with 42.7 percent revenue deficiency in the country which proved his lack of knowledge on administration.

The sand and liquor policies have been creating confusion among the people and now sand is sold for Rs 11,000 to Rs 15,000 and common man was not getting sand for his needs. Real estate business came to a standstill in the state, he lamented.

Liquor shops were working up to 12 midnight and the Excise Department has become a mere spectator, he alleged. The Chief Minister was changing the names of welfare schemes launched by TDP government. Meanwhile, relating to power purchase agreements also the State government received setback from the Central government.

Jagan was trying to tarnish the image of former chief minister and TDP national president Chandrababu Naidu to derive political mileage. The people were keenly watching the government’s functioning, he warned.
