Rajamahendravaram: Andhra Pradesh State Legislative Council deputy chairman Reddy Subramanyam has said that Gowthu Lachhanna is great leader and strived for the development of downtrodden until his last breath.
Paying tributes Lachhanna at his statue at Y Junction in connection with his 110th jayanti here on Friday, he said he is an inspiration to the political leaders. He functioned as leader with ethics and values. His services cannot be forgotten by the people.
He is a role model in politics and underlined the need to follow his footprints and advised the people to know about the great visionary. MLAs Adireddy Bhavani, Gorantla Buchaiah Choudary, Reddy Maneswara Rao, YSRCP leader Margani Nageswara Rao and many others were present.
