Rajamahendravaram: Rajamahendravaram parliamentary constituency’s YSRCP candidate Margani Bharat Ram has announced that he has prepared an action plan for the all-round development of the city and the the seven Assembly segments. .
Disclosing the details of his plan to develop the constituency after becoming an MP at a press conference here on Tuesday, he said a stadium with international standards would be constructed and foundation stone would be laid within three months. Also, an indoor stadium providing facility for conducting 10 games would be constructed.
Besides, the century old Havelock Rail Bridge would be made into a tourist spot and the Lanka areas as a tourist hub. He said that potable drinking water would be supplied in the four Assembly segments where River Godavari flows.Moreover, an amusement park will also be set up in Dwaraka Thirumala on a 200-acre site where various forms of Lord Krishna will be installed.
The YSRCP candidate said that Rajamahendravaram would be given the tag of ‘Heritage city’ as it has a history of more than thousand years. The Gowthami Regional Library would also be elevated as a central library.
All the plans were discussed with party president YS Jaganmohan Reddy and he gave his approval. He made an appeal to the people to give him an opportunity to serve them. Supporting the YSRCP was a historical need in the present circumstances to save the state from corrupt rulers, he added.
