Special trains for Hyderabad-Vizag to clear festival rush

Visakhapatnam: In order to clear extra rush of passengers, the Railways will run special trains between Kacheguda and Tatanagar.

Train No. 07438 Kacheguda – Tatanagar Special train will leave Kacheguda o­n Mondays from 02.10.2017 to 27.11.2017 at 13:00 hrs to reach Visakhapatnam on the next day (Tuesdays) at 1.30hrs. It will leave Vizag again at 1.50hrs to arrive in Tatanagar at 19:45 hrs o­n the same day.

In the return direction, train No.07439 Tatanagar – Kacheguda Special train will leave Tatanagar o­n Tuesdays from 03.10.2017 to 28.11.2017 at 22:50 hrs to reach Visakhapatnam on the next day (Wednesdays) at 14.50hrs. It will again leave at 15.30hrs and arrive Kacheguda at
05:00 hrs o­n the next day (Thursdays).

En route these special trains will stop at Duvvada, Visakhapatnam, Vijayanagaram, Srikakulam Road, Palasa, Berhampur, Khurda Road, Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Sukinda Road, Kendujhargarh, Jaroli stations over East Coast Railway in both the directions.

The trains comprise 18 coaches viz., O­ne AC II Tier, Two AC III Tier, Seven Sleeper Class, Six General Second Class and Two Second Class Luggage Cum Brake Van coaches.

Similarly, train No. 08573 Visakhapatnam- Tirupati weekly special express will leave Visakhapatnam on Mondays at 22.55hrs from 02.10.2017 to 27.11.2017 to reach Tirupati on the next day at 13.25hrs.

In the return direction the train No.08574 Tirupati-Visakhapatnam weekly special express will leave Tirupati on Tuesdays at 15.30hrs from 03.10.2017 to 28.11.2017 to reach Visakhapatnam on the next day morning at 06.50hrs.

This pair of trains has stoppages at Duvvada, Anakapalle, Samalkot, Rajahmundry, Eluru, Vijayawada, New Guntur, Tenali, Ongole, Nellore, Gudur, Sri Kalahasti and Renigunta between Visakhapatnam and Tirupati.

Composition: One 2nd AC, Four 3rd AC coaches, Nine Sleeper Class coaches, Six General Second class coaches and Two second class cum luggage coaches.

Also, train No. 08501 Visakhapatnam to Secunderabad weekly special express will leave Visakhapatnam on Tuesdays at 23.00hrs from 03.10.2017 to 28.11.2017 to reach Secunderabad on the next day at 12.00hrs.

In the return direction the train No.08502 Secunderabad to Visakhapatnam weekly special express will leave Secunderabad on Wednesdays at 16.30hrs from 04.10.2017 to 29.11.2017 to arrive in Visakhapatnam on the next day morning at 04.50hrs.

These trains will have stoppages at Duvvada, Anakapalle, Tuni, Samalkot, Rajahmundry, Tadepalligudem, Eluru, Vijayawada, Khammam, Warangal and Kazipet between Visakhapatnam and Secunderabad in both the directions.

Composition: One 2nd AC, Three 3rd AC, Ten sleeper class, Six General Second class coaches and Two second class cum luggage coaches in its composition.
