BJP sources said that the party chief will concentrate more on interaction with the  elected representatives, leaders and supporters.

He will discuss the ways to take the party to the doorsteps of the people. The BJP chief will stress on the welfare  schemes and developmental projects initiated by the Centre. As the two major political parties — the ruling TD and the Opposition YSRC — in the  state are having traditional vote banks, the BJP will concentrate more on neutral voters. The state BJP is having two views regarding the electoral alliance. A section of  leaders are in the view of going it alone, while others seek ties with the TD. The former is banking on the popularity of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The BJP won two Lok Sabha seats in 2014 in alliance with the Telugu Desam.
