Telangana IT Minister K Taraka Ramarao is running a parallel government in Twitter. At the time, when the state is confined to indoors, several problems crept like those with valid reasons do not get to go out, medicines for life-threatening ailments suddenly becoming inaccessible, etc.
KTR and his office have been promptly attending to the needs of the people who have been frantically tweeting for the minister to help. Most of these requests come from the people whose natives are in Andhra Pradesh and there is no discrimination whatsoever.
The other day, KTR’s office has arranged medicines for a person of Rajahmundry from a store in Panjagutta in the absence of a Courier facility. He has been arranging passes to people to travel to their natives when some untoward incident happened or if an emergency has occurred.
Legally, neither KTR nor Telangana government has any obligation to the person residing in Andhra Pradesh but they are not left stranded in this Lockdown. This no-nonsense approach makes KTR one of the most popular politicians on Twitter.
While KCR administration is doing all that it could do to contain the virus on the ground, KTR has been running a parallel government on Twitter which is being appreciated by the people.
