TTD, Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams, organised a state-level Vedic meet on 15 January 2013 in presence of Sringeri seer Bharathi Teertha Swamy in Rajahmundry, East Godavari district of Andhra Pradesh. The venue for this Vedic meet is Government Arts College grounds.  

As per the officials of TTD,  1,500 Vedic scholars from several parts of the country were took part in the meet. They rendered four Vedas while five noted persons  also took part in the meet to deliver lectures on Veda shastras.

Sringeri Peetadhipathi, Sri Jagadguru Bharathi Tirtha Swamy given agrand ceremonial welcome during his visit to the town to take part in the meet and added a procession would be taken out with the devotees in the town. Elephants and horses would also be arranged in the procession.
Thousands of people were attended the meet.Bhahmasri chaganti koteswara rao‘s speech on Dharma , Veda was attracted the people.
