This is most important to answer yourself before choosing any service. I used Excel before 4 Years and I have been using Apple Fibernet for more than 3 Years. And I also been the customer for ACT Fibernet for nearly 2 months.
ACT is not much customer friendly. While buying a new connection, ACT Sales persons try to promise you many things, They tell you about speed, Service quality and many more things. But in reality, ACT is one of the worst Internet service provider in Rajahmundry.
