Earlier on Monday, Suriya was at Rajahmundry’s Rambha Theatre to watch ‘Gang’ along with the audience. The actor was mobbed by fans while entering the theatre. So much so, he had to jump to the other side by climbing a closed gate and call it quits.
Although the actor was accompanied by bouncers, they couldn’t control the crowds.
Bhimavaram and Vijayawada are also on his tour schedule. More theatres in his itinerary will be revealed later by the organizers.
Produced by UV Creations, the film also stars Ramya Krishna, Suresh Chandra Menon, Karthik and Keerthy Suresh in other key roles.
In Tamil Nadu, the film’s Tamil version grossed between Rs. 19-20 Cr in three days. In the US, it has made Rs. 2.21 Cr in the same period.
