Calling upon the technical crew of the ONGC to take steps for reducing the import bill of oil and natural gas, Director (Offshore) of the organisation V.P. Mahawar on Sunday said that making better use of the available technology was the only way out to cut the bills.
Addressing the inaugural of a two-day technology meet organised by the ONGC at its base camp here, he observed that the technology in the field of oil and natural gas was so complex that it could not provide ‘one size fit’ for all the issues.
Executive Director of the ONGC, Rajamahendravaram, D.M.R. Sekshar said that the meet was aimed at chalking out steps to improve production from the wells located in East and West Godavari and Krishna districts.
