ONGC employees working in the Rajamahendravaram Asset on Friday took out a walk in connection with the Vigilance Awareness Week.
The walk from the ONGC city dispensary to the headquarters was flagged off by P.K. Pandey, Group General Manager, officiating Asset Manager.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Pandey said the ONGC as part of its vigilance awareness outreach programme conducted essay, elocution and quiz competitions for the school and college students of Rajamahendravaram town. It also undertook a radio campaign to sensitise people on the effects of corruption on governance of the country.
Around 300 employees of the company sporting anti-corruption slogans on T-shirts walked through the town covering Danavaipeta, A.V. Apparao Road and National Highway-16.
