Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister and Minister for Home Nimmakayala Chinarajappa has inaugurated the sixth branch of the Rajahmundry Jampet Cooperative urban bank at his constituency in Peddapuram today. He advised the banks to render better services to the people, especially to petty traders, women folk and other weaker sections. Mr Chinarajappa said he was happy to note that the urban bank with its headquarters at Rajahmundry with Rs 200 Crore turnover had chosen to open its branch in Peddapuram town taking the banking to the doorsteps of the people.

Municipal Chairman Raja Suribabu Raju, District Cooperative Officer T Praveena were among those attended. Earlier the Home Minister has visited Hazarat Mehboob Subhani Zenda 34th Gandhotsav at Zenda junction in Kabadi street and offered special prayers.UNI XC/DP CS 1926
