In order to clear extra rush of Passengers, the South Central Railway (SCR) will run two special trains between Hyderabad and Kakinada Town and eight Janasadharan special trains with all general second class coaches, between Tirupati and Narsapur.

As per the schedule, the Train No. 07427 Hyderabad-Kakinada Town Special Train will depart Hyderabad at 06:45 pm on 6th March, arrive/depart Secunderabad at 07:15/07:20 pm and arrive Kakinada Town at 05:00 am on the next day. In the return direction, Train No. 07428 Kakinada Town – Hyderabad special train will depart Kakinada Town at 09:05 pm on 7th March, arrive/depart Secunderabad at 09:00/09:10 am on the next day and arrive Hyderabad at 09:35 am.
Enroute, these special trains will also stop at Nalgonda, Miryalaguda, Nadikude, Piduguralla, Sattenapalli, Guntur, Vijayawada, Eluru, Tadepalligudem, Rajahmundry and Samalkot stations in both directions. These special trains will have 17 coaches viz, one AC II Tier, one AC III Tier, eight Sleeper Class, four General Second Class, one Second Class Chair Car and two Luggage cum Brake Van Coaches.
