TDP supremo and AP Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu said that TDP was all set to return to power in Telangana by 2019 and the party will continue its fight for the sake of the people.
Participating in the TDP foundation day celebrations at the NTR bhavan, the TDP Chief said that Lokesh had conceived wonderful schemes for the welfare of the party workers. Chandrababu said that NTR was a legendary visionary and that as per his vision Telugu speaking people will remain united. Prominent and senior party workers were felicitated on the occasion.
Earlier, he was scheduled to take part in the foundation day celebrations of the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) at Thullur village in the district, which has been notified as the State capital. Naidu was to land at a make-shift helipad and addresses a public meeting at St. Mary’s High School. Minister for Agriculture P. Pulla Rao had said that arrangements were being made to celebrate the party’s Foundation Day in a grand manner. Sources also said that the CM might publicly announce the name of new capital.
