On one side, the YSRCP MLAs were creating ruckus outside the Assembly raising anti-Government slogans, on the other Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu seemed happy inside the Assembly. His grandson is said to be the reason behind his laugh. 
A proud grand father, AP CM Chandrababu shared his happiness over the new with his colleagues in the Assembly.
He was seen distributing sweets to the TDP MLAs with a beaming smile.
The Telugu New Year proved to be a day of great joy for Chandrababu Naidu and his brother-in-law actor-politician Nandamuri Balakrishna as both of them turned grandfathers on the auspicious day.
