The Andhra Pradesh IT Department will partner with British companies to promote its start-up IT policy.
The government is working with the British Council on the project and a team of representatives from the British government. Companies are likely to visit the Smart Village at Vizag in mid April over the next few weeks.
Government IT adviser J. Satyanarayana said that the AP approached Britain as it has been in the forefront of Startup innovation. In the first phase, the state would launch technology add on startups for IT majors of Britain. The startup village at Vizag is fully suited for the tech- driven activities of European countries.
