On Sunday, the Centre as part of recommendations of the 13th Finance Commission, has released Rs 385 crore to Andhra Pradesh and Rs 150 crore to Telangana.
The Union Finance Ministry giving further details stated that Rs 298.2 Crore has been released for Andhra Pradesh that includes Panchayati Raj Institutions (PRIs)/Urban Local Bodies (ULB)/ Special Area, Rs 50 crore for other projects, Rs 2.6 crore for implementation of statistical system.
