Heavy influx of devotees at temples in Rajamahendravaram

Rajamahendravaram: Thousands of devotees had the darshan of Goddess Bala Tripura Sundari Devi in Devi Chowk on Durgastami on Sunday. Meanwhile, Sarada Devi Temple, Gnana Saraswathi Temple, Visweswara Swamy Temple, Markendeya Swamy Temple, Maha Lakshmi Devi Temple etc also crowded with the devotees.

Along with the temples, there was huge turnout of devotees in Bhimeswara Swamy Temple for the darshan of Manikyamba Devi. Police imposed restrictions on traffic movement at Devi Chowk and the entire area was illuminated. About 100 Devi pandals were erected in the city.
