Two Rajahmundry girls died in road accident in Chennai

Amaravati: In a tragic incident, two young girls from AP have lost their lives in a road accident in Chennai. In the accident, another teenager boy sustained injuries where his condition is said to be critical.

At the time of the incident, these three were triple riding on a bike. The tragedy happened when their motorcycle hit another bike on the side, lost control and crashed into the bus.

The accident visuals were captured in nearby CCTV cameras. The deceased identified as Pavani (21) and Nagalakshmi (21) who belongs to Rajahmundry. Along with them, Siva (22) who was driving the bike has recently completed B.Tech (EEE) from Rajahmundry Institute of Engineering and Technology.

After completing engineering, they got the job opportunity in a Chennai based company and recently 25 days before these three have gone to Chennai for the work.

On Tuesday morning (16 July) as usual, these three got on the same bike to reach the office, while they were on the way this accident has taken place.

According to CCTV footage, the accident happened when Siva tried to take his bike from the narrow gap between the bus and another bike.

In the crash, Pavani and Nagalakshmi died on the spot. Siva, who is seriously injured, is getting treatment at a hospital in Chennai. Where doctors said, his condition is in critical stage.
