In what can give the tourism a boost, chopper ride facility to enjoy the aerial view of tourist destinations in twin Godavari districts was introduced on Tuesday.
Rajamahendravaram Rural MLA Gorantla Butchaiah Chowdary on Tuesday inaugurated ‘Joy Fly’ helicopter ride intended to attract tourists at Madhurapudi airport.
Boost to tourism
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Chowdary said that the promoters were planning to take the tourists on short trips providing them an opportunity to have a bird’s eye view of the tourist destinations in East Godavari and West Godavari districts.
Rajamahendravaram city MLA Akula Satyanarayana, city Mayor Pantam Rajani Sesha Sai, airport Director M. Rajakishore and others were present on the occasion.
