Alert! Indian Railways Announces 42 Special Trains for April, May & June

Bhubaneswar: In order to clear extra rush of passengers during the Summer, as many as 42 Weekly Special trains will now run as per the direction of Indian Railways.

The trains will run between Jabalpur – Secunderabad and Kochuveli –Kamakhya as detailed below:-

Jabalpur –Secunderabad – Jabalpur weekly special train via Itarsi, Khandwa and Akola (26 Services):

Train No. 01704 Jabalpur – Secunderabad Weekly Special train will depart Jabalpur at 8 pm on 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th April; 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th May; 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th June, 2018 (Mondays) and arrive Secunderabad at 7 pm on Tuesdays.

In the return journey, Train No. 01703 Secunderabad – Jabalpur Weekly Special train will depart Secunderabad at 8.30 pm on 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th April; 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th May; 5th, 12th, 19th and 26th June, 2018 (Tuesdays)and arrive Jabalpur at 5.15 pm on Wednesdays.

Enroute, these Weekly Special trains will stop at Sridham, Narsinghpur, Gadarwara, Piparia, Itarsi, Harda, Khandwa, Malkapur, Akola, Washim, Hingoli Deccan, Basmat, Purna, Nanded, Mudkhed, Dharmabad, Nizamabad, Kamareddi and Bolarum stations in both the directions.

These trains will comprise AC II Tier, AC III Tier, Sleeper Class, General Second class and Luggage cum brake van Coaches.

Kochuvelli-Kamakhya-Kochuvelli Special Trains (16 Services):

Train No. 06336 Kochuveli- Kamakhya Special Train will depart Kochuveli at 2 pm on 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th April; 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th May, 2018 (Sundays) and arrive Kamakhya at 8.10 am on Wednesdays.

In the return direction, Train No. 06335 Kamakhya – Kochuveli Special Train will depart Kamakhya at 11.05 pm on 11th, 18th, 25th April; 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th May, 2018 (Wednesdays) and arrive Kochuveli at 10.30 pm on Saturdays.

Enroute, these special trains will stop at Kollam, Kayankulam, Chengannur, Tiruvalla, Kottayam, Ernakulam Town, Aluva, Thrisur, Palakkad, Tiruppur, Erode, Salem, Jolarpettai, Katpadi, Arakkonam, Perambur, Gudur, Nellore, Ongole, Tenali, Vijayawada, Eluru, Rajahmundry, Duvvada, Visakhapatnam, Vizianagaram, Srikakulam Rd, Palasa, Brahmapur, Khurda Rd, Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Bhadrak, Balasore, Hijili, Midnapore, Bankura, Adra, Asansol, Durgapur, Rampurhat, Malda Town, Barsoi, Kishanganj, New Jalpaiguri, New Coochbehar, New Alipurduar, Kokrajhar, New Bongaigaon and Goalpara Town stations in both the directions.

These trains will have AC II Tier, AC III Tier, Sleeper Class, General Second class and Luggage cum Brake Van Coaches.
