Rajahmundry: An aged woman was found murdered at her house located at Seetarampuram of Ungutur mandal in West Godavari on Monday. According to Chebrole police, Pydimukkala Naga Ratnam, 80, was living alone in her house since her husband’s death. She had nearly half-an-acre land and would also got a monthly pension. Her brother-in-law’s son Pydimukkala Satyanarayana used to visit her asking for money. He had also been demanding her to give her property to him.
On March 10, late in the night, Satyanarayana arrived at her house and reportedly entered into a heated argument with her on money issue. On Monday, villagers found her murdered at her house. Preliminary inquiry gives a suspicion that Satyanarayana might have murdered her when she refused to give money and part with her property.
