Going for re-shoot when makers don’t feel satisfied with the output is very common, especially for big films. The main intention is to better the output so as to meet the expectations. If the ongoing buzz in film circles is to be believed, Sukumar and Co. have decided to reshoot a few portions of Rangasthalam starring Ram Charan in lead role.
It may be recalled that the unit of Rangasthalam had finished a lengthy schedule in Rajahmundry a few months ago. Owing to the unbearable heat wave in last summer, the shoot wad cancelled suddenly, and reports emerged later that the remaining portion was canned at a specially erected set in Hyderabad.
The latest buzz suggest that makers were not happy with the particular portions filmed in Rajahmundry, and that they have decided to re-shoot them. And, the new schedule for the same may commence tomorrow in Rajahmundry.
Going by these speculations, the reshoot will add further delay to the film, which has been in making for almost a year. Some songs and patch work are still to be completed. Makers aim to release the highly anticipated film in March end, 2018.
