18 weekly spl fare trains from Santragachi to Chennai central

In order to clear extra rush of passengers in view of Dasara, eighteen special fare weekly special trains will be run from Santragachi (Kolkata) to Chennai Central via Vijayawada.

South Central Railway (SCR) in a release here today said, Train No. 02841 Santragachi-Chennai Central Special Train will depart Santragachi at 1240 hours on October 1, 8, 15, 22 and 29,n November 5, 12, 19 and 26 (Sundays) and arrive Chennai Central at 1520 hours on Mondays. In the return direction, Train No. 02842 Chennai Central-Santragachi Special Train will depart Chennai Central at 1820 hours on October 2, 9, 16 , 23 and 30, November 6, 13 , 20 and 27 (Mondays) and arrive Santragachi at 2330 hours on Tuesdays.

Enroute these special trains will stop at Gudur, Nellore, Vijayawada, Rajahmundry, Duvvada, Vishakapatnam,Khurda Road, Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Bhadrak and Kharagpur stations in both the directions.

These trains will have AC III Tier, Sleeper Class and Luggage cum Brake Van Coaches.
