How Old Are Pigs In Kakinada?

Being a film actress, instant dialogues come naturally to YSR Congress party star campaigner and firebrand MLA R K Roja.

Over a period of time, she has mastered the art of rebutting the comments of the Telugu Desam Party leaders with her fiery speeches and pungent comments.

On Sunday, Roja launched a scathing attack on senior TDP leader and Rajahmundry MLA Gorantla Buchaiah Chowdary during the party campaign in Kakinada Municipal Corporation elections.

Earlier, Buchaiah attribute the bad drainage system and roaming of pigs on streets to the misrule of former chief minister Y S Rajasekhar Reddy.

“The pigs you are seeing on Kakinada roads belong to YSR regime. Our government will make Kakinada a clean and green city,” he said.

Reacting sharply to his comments, Roja said: “It appears Buchaiah lost his mental balance after he was denied a berth in the Chandrababu Naidu cabinet during the recent reshuffle. YSR died way back in 2009 and the TDP leader doesn’t even know the age of the pigs in Kakinada. In fact, the TDP ministers and MLAs from other parts of the state landed in Kakinada and roaming like pigs,” she remarked.

She said whatever roads, houses and drainage systems that Kakinada people have today were built only during the YSR regime.

“The TDP leaders have gone so mad that they don’t even know the age of pigs in Kakinada,” Roja ridiculed.
