Rajamahendravaram:YSRCP East Godavari district president Kurasala Kannababu, accompanied by party leaders Jakkampudi Raja and Akula Veeraju, on Tuesday visited the Konthamuru fire accident victims and distributed utensils, saris, rice among the affected families.
The YSRCP leaders blamed the government for failing to come to the rescue of the victims, who had lost everything to the fire accident. It is atrocious on the part of the government to leave the victims to their fate, they lamented.

Kannababu demanded the government to build temporary sheds immediately and sanction pucca houses later. He wondered how a house can be built on a 34-square yard land. “It reflects the State government’s negligent attitude towards the poor,” he charged.
He said that party president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy would tour the SEZ area to lend support to the agitating public against the Divi’s Pharma.
