Rajamahendravaram: Raki Avenues Private Limited is launching its new venture, Chandrika Avanthika (The Princess of Rajamahendravaram) at Chakradwarabandham in Rajanagaram mandal near Rajamahendravaram on Sunday. This new venture is near Adikavi Nannaya University, GIET College and GSL Medical College. Chandrika Avanthika consists of nine blocks.

Speaking to media persons, here on Saturday, managing director of Raki Avenues Private Limited, Ramaiah Venu said that the company is determined to give each flat with 930 square feet for only Rs 16 lakh which will have amenities like club house, gym, yoga room, indoor sports, multi-purpose hall, park with walking track, swimming pool, super market and hospital.
He added that the cost of 3BHK will be only Rs 22 lakh. He mentioned that booking has started two months back and 200 flats have been sold. He made it clear that his dream is to provide flats for middle class at affordable price. He assured that the venture would be completed in two years time. He added that there will be 480 flats in nine acres and 10 cents space.
